Eligibility And Accounts

• Talent7 is intended for users age 13 and over.
• You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for account activity.
• We may restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, or violations of these Terms.

Challenges And User Content

Talent7 hosts structured talent and sports challenge rooms, participant profiles, teams, room chat, proof, votes, ratings, and live challenge activity. These tools help users organize, document, judge, and complete free talent and sports challenges. You retain ownership of content you submit while granting Talent7 a non-exclusive licence to host, display, process, and share it as needed to operate the service.

Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content. Talent7 may review reports and remove or restrict content and accounts when reasonably required.

One-Time Digital Badge Purchases

• Core Talent7 access, including creating and joining challenges, remains free. Digital badge purchases are optional one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
• Website and Android users may choose from the three fixed-price badge products shown before checkout.
• Website payments are processed only through the payment provider shown at checkout; Android purchases are processed by Google Play.
• Each verified purchase delivers the selected permanent digital supporter badge to the buyer's Talent7 profile.
• A badge does not provide ownership, investment rights, guaranteed exposure, ranking advantages, or guaranteed future features.
• Badge purchases are separate from challenges and are never required to create, join, vote in, or complete one. Talent7 does not offer paid entry, wagering, betting, cash prizes, peer-to-peer payments, or collection and transfer of funds for users.
• Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before confirmation.

Sponsored Tournament Prizes

• Signed-in users may propose skill-based, non-cash tournament prizes. The tournament organizer must approve an offer before it becomes public.
• A published prize must not require an entry fee, purchase, wager, random draw, payment, or transfer of money through Talent7.
• Only the champion recorded by the completed Talent7 bracket can submit a claim. The organizer verifies the claim, and the sponsor or organizer records manual fulfilment.
• Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, eligibility, geographic limits, expiry, tax treatment, and fulfilment of their offers. Talent7 does not hold prize funds or guarantee a sponsor's promise.
• Do not place addresses, banking information, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in a Talent7 prize claim. A parent or guardian must handle fulfilment for a winner under 18.

Safety And Availability

Use appropriate precautions before participating in challenges, broadcasts, or meetups. Talent7 does not supervise real-world activity or replace emergency, medical, legal, or other professional services. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Responsibility And Statutory Rights

Talent7 is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for their content, conduct, decisions, devices, connectivity, and interactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
